Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and supervising all the housekeeping delivery inside projects according to the agreed standers.
  • Manage and cope with all the project's internal customers' ad-hoc requirements based on the business needs according to soft service processes, procedures, and strategy.
  • Handel all internal services concerns to enhance performance according to agreed standers.
  • Build and apply a “Can Do" attitude within the housekeeping teams to adopt a flexible approach and reach maximum customer satisfaction and make smooth delivery.
  • Supervise and control all housekeeping service actions delivered at the projects to ensure smooth and safe operations of service.
  • Monitoring housekeeping services delivery against service best practices to ensure customer satisfaction and defining the area of improvement required on the service delivered inside the project.     
  • Ensure applying all H&S standards.
  • Communicate with Project SPOCs to cover and contain any operational problems.
  • Maintaining Service level agreements to manage expectations with both customer service and operations.
  • Rotate between project areas to ensure consistent service standards and quality.
  • Monitoring & control all project consumption per service and project areas.
  • Identify and rise the opportunities to reduce costs using the most cost-effective methods to present service solutions improvement without cost increase for the project housekeeping.
  • Report & Follow up on all housekeeping service performance delivered inside the project.
  • Prepare and submit activity reports promptly.
  • Prepare and submit project KPI on time.
  • To cope and act according to all assigned tasks and projects.
  • To ensure fulfillment of all the team agreed-upon tasks (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly).
  • Prioritizing tasks and projects according to project priorities

Requirements:

  • Strong management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer applications.
  • Education and Formal Training:
  • College Degree.
Experience:

A minimum of 2 years experience in all aspects of Housekeeping in a large, multi-use facility is required, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
